We use laboratory-grade professional sensors - the same components found in $500+ professional air quality monitors. The Bosch BMV080 and Sensirion SCD40 provide ±3% accuracy for PM readings and ±50ppm for CO₂ measurements. Each unit is individually calibrated at our facility.

We've completed functional prototypes and are currently in the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) phase with our contract manufacturer in Taiwan. Our biggest challenge is supply chain management for premium sensors, particularly the Bosch BMV080, which has 12-16 week lead times.
We're being deliberately conservative with delivery estimates, maintaining close weekly communication with our suppliers and manufacturers, and have allocated contingency funds for expedited shipping if production delays occur.
